All sexyher dresses are unlike many of the machine made products, they are ALL HAND MADE;The beads, embroideries, diamonds, crystals are sewed by hands on each dress, it can sometimes take a week to finish a dress, each dress is not only a dress but indeed an handcraft art. see images below and you will understand how we make them.

How to make an exchange?
We are happy to offer exchange if the products are not suitable (except made to measure product and hygiene products), see Terms &Conditions.
You can change to any other size or any other product
The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc.
We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn, it will not be exchanged.
We do not offer exchange for products that are Made to measure and Hygiene.
Please do the followings to make an exchange:
1) Please email us on to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and also tell us what product (including product code, colour and size) you want to exchange to.
You must applied for the RMA within 24 hours!
Please DO quote your order number when you email us.
The order number was sent to you when the order was completed, and shipped. Sometimes it might get caught by your junk mail box.
2) The products must be shipped within 7 days from the date they were received.
Without a RMA number or exceed the required returning time the product will not be accepted !
3) After you receive the RMA number, please make a note to describe the reason why you are returning the product.
RMA number must appear outside of the parcel and inside.

4) When we receive the product with RMA number within 7 days, we will process the exchange. For none in stock item it might take up to 45 days. So if you need the product urgently we suggest exchangig for the in stock items.

Important Note !
After 7 days of receiving the product no exchange or refund will be offered.
Shipping cost for exchange (both ways) is at customers expenses.
We only provide exchange twice for one order. We would also suggest to retain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we do not take responsibility for items not received.
For faulty products we offer free exchange and also refund for the postage. Please enclose the receipt from post office when ship back the products.
However we do check every product carefully before we send anything out to ensure the perfection of our products.
We strongly recommend you to send the parcel back to us with recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.

The products are not suitable, how to get a refund?
You may return any products in the original condition within 7 days from the date they were received.
We will refund the total sales amount,less the original shipping charges.
The product must be in the original condition, no sign of worn, no perfum and tags on etc.
If there is any sign of worn,there will be no refund.
We do not offer any refund for products that are Made to order, Made to measure and Hygiene.

Does your size come smaller or bigger?
If you are a size 20 in a causal wear you might not be a size 20 in evening dresses. The reason is because our evening dresses are specially made on mannequin in order to fit perfectly. And most of the dresses are not as stretchy or as loose as causal wear. You might need a bigger size as they do come smaller. What is the delivery time?
For In stock item, we offer Next Working Day Delivery services on within UK. All order made before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next day for UK buyers, NexT Day delivery service ensures you receive any time before 5:30pm next day (Except orders made on Friday and weekend). Please Note our delivery carrier is by City link and they dont leave card for flat.
For EU buyers, it usually takes about 7 working days to reach, it might be longer.
For Non-EU buyers, it usually takes about 7 working days to reach, it might be longer.
For Made to order item, it usually takes about 45 days to reach, if it is longer than 45 days our team will inform you via email.

Why my credit/debit card didn't go through?
The main reason why the payment can't go through is the wrong billing address.
Billing address MUST exactly match your credit/debit card billing address because we are using AVS (Address Verification System).
This is done for both your and our protection against fraud.
Sometimes if one card didnt go through, you can try another card, alternately just give us a call to make the order over the phone.

I don't see my size - do you have it?
We generally make a range of dresses in standard sizes from UK 8 to UK 22, for some dresses we do ?make to measure?. You can choose your specific size (bust, waist, hip and length) and we will make it for you!

Do prices include VAT / Sales Tax?
Yes, all prices stated in our categories include VAT & Sales Tax in Europe. Orders outside Europe may be subject to Taxes on arrival (very unlikely). You pay what you see, no any hidden charge.

How do you pack the dresses?
areshop.com aims to provid best quality products with reasonable price, we dont provided luxious box or hanger packing. We pack the dresses in clear bag and send by express service in their ployester bags. Dresses might need to be steam ironed once you receive them.

What to do if the dress is creased during the delivery?
As we dont sell our products in a big price, so we only send our products out in a small packing, this might cause some creases during delivery. There are few ways to remove the creases.
1. you can try to hang your dresses in a batherroom for few days, let the steam work on it.
2. if you have a steam iron, then you simply hange the dress and iron it with the steam.
3. if you dont have a steam iron, put the dress flat on your iron board, put a thin cloth on it then iron on the cloth.

Why do you need my phone number and email add? Do you send product mails to me regularly?
We need your phone number if we need to contact you only regarding your order. We need your email to send order confirmation for payment, delivery etc. we don?t send any other emails to you unless you sign up with our newsletter.
